Final Booth Space Payment Due Next Friday

The final payment for booth space is due on Friday, November 18, 2022.  To avoid cancellation, be sure your payment arrives no later than November 18.

If you selected to have your final payment automatically charged to the credit card used during the application process, we will charge that card on November 18.

Booth Floor Plans Due December 2, 2022

All confirmed exhibitors must submit their booth floor plan reporting form and booth rendering, regardless of booth size, to NADA Show Management. The deadline date is Friday, December 2, 2022.

Click here to get the Booth Floor Plan Reporting Form. We want to help ensure that your company's booth is in compliance with NADA Exhibit Design Regulations to avoid costly booth changes at show site. NADA will not send official approvals of floor plans, but will reach out if there are concerns.

If you are building a multi-level booth at the NADA Show, you must also submit the Multi-Level/Enclosed Booth Floor Plan Reporting Form and booth plans to NADA and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center for approval.

Hotel Rooms Are Selling Fast!

Have you make hotel reservations in Dallas yet? NADA has contracted with hotels in Dallas to get you the best rate possible.  Click here to view the list of the hotels. Additional rooms have been added to the Sheraton Dallas. If you have not already booked, please don't delay as rooms are going quickly!

Did you know that exhibitors receive an additional priority point for booking rooms within the NADA hotel block?  That's just another opportunity to earn a priority point towards booth selection for future years.

Looking For Additional Exposure at the Convention Center? Limited Quantity of Kiosks Still Available

Very popular each year with exhibitors, the kiosks are a highly visible way to drive traffic to your booth. Framed in high-tech aluminum and mounted on a stylish revolving base, each rotating four-panel kiosk is back-lit and placed prominently throughout the convention center.

NADA has contracted with Maritz (formerly Experient) to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2023. Maritz is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2023 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA. Beware of scammers!

NADA Exhibitors are also frequently targeted by companies unaffiliated with NADA, offering attendee lists from the "NADA Show 2023" and/or variations on the NADA name or logo. Please be aware that these companies have nothing to do with NADA or the NADA Show. The attendee mailing lists for the show are only available directly from NADA and all confirmed exhibitors have access to those lists. Beware of scammers!

Be aware of email or other communications from vendors and contractors offering assistance in the host city. These communications may wrongly suggest that the company is endorsed by or connected with NADA. Please use caution when dealing with solicitations from companies that are not on the list of Official NADA Contractors.
