Here's what's different about Orlando
Unlike Las Vegas, where many large full-service hotels with extensive room inventories are concentrated along the Strip, Orlando offers a wider variety of hotels spread throughout the convention district. As a result, the hotels closest to the Orange County Convention Center are consistently the first to reach capacity.
Why are some hotels already at capacity?
Early Access
Exhibitors with 1,000 square feet or more at this yearβs Las Vegas show received early access to the official housing program as part of their exhibitor benefits. This long-standing process helps accommodate the planning needs of our largest exhibitors and contributes to the early demand for the most requested hotels.

There are still official NADA hotel options available to fit a variety of budgets and preferences.
π Complimentary shuttle service is provided from most official NADA hotels.
π One advantage of Orlando is that many official NADA hotels are located near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, giving you plenty of options to enjoy after a day on the show floor.
A few things to remember.
β Booking within the official NADA hotel block still provides the best value, convenience, and exhibitor benefits.
β Hotel inventory changes daily as exhibitors adjust travel plans and room reservations, so it's worth checking back if your preferred hotel isn't currently available.
