Vol. 18, No. 1  - April 30, 2026

NADA Show 2027 is headed to Orlando — and we’re already building the roadmap to help exhibitors plan smarter, move faster, and show up ready.

Here’s what you need to know right now.

1. Booth Application & Assignment Timeline

The 2027 NADA Show booth application will open Monday, May 18 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
To be included in the first round of booth assignments, submit your application by June 1.

Booth assignments will begin June 4 and will be processed in top down order based on:

1. Priority points

2. Application date/time received

As a reminder, the floor plan may show real-time availability, but some booths may be temporarily held while our team works through assignment options.

If your original booth choices are not available, we will reach out to review alternate options based on available inventory.

Note: Applications received after June 1 will be included in the second round of booth assignments based on Application date/time received.

2. 2027 Expo Booth Rate

The 2027 NADA Show booth rate is: $42 per square foot

A 50% deposit is due with the application using several payment options.

If your company requires a PO/invoice process, please plan accordingly. The deposit deadline still applies. Check and ACH payments must be received within 10 days of the Application date.

3. Updated Priority Point Program

NADA has updated the Priority Point Program for Orlando assignments to better reflect two important goals:

Recognize long-term exhibitor participation
Maintain a fair and balanced booth assignment process

The updated program places stronger value on company seniority, booth participation, and continued investment in the NADA Show.

Priority point categories include:

  • Company seniority
  • Booth size
  • Booth spend
  • Sponsorship participation
  • Opening Night Reception sponsorship
  • Hotel block participation
  • Booth Enhancement upgrades

These updates are designed to reward loyalty, support continued growth, and keep the assignment process transparent and balanced.

4. Target Move-In Timeline: Planning Smarter Behind the Scenes

Orlando gives us a strong, connected show experience — but it does not give us extra move-in days.

That means we are already working behind the scenes with Freeman, the OCCC, and our show partners to help streamline the onsite move-in process as much as possible.

Our planning focus includes:

  • Earlier operational coordination where possible
  • Strategic freight and floor plan sequencing
  • Clear exhibitor communication before move-in
  • Improved onsite support and issue resolution
  • Better coordination with EACs, service providers, and labor teams

The goal is simple:

Help exhibitors get in, get set, and get ready with fewer surprises.

More detailed move-in information will be shared as we finalize the official schedule.

Please note: President's Day is on Monday, February 15.

5. New Freeman EAC Freight Management System

Freeman is introducing a new freight management process designed to improve coordination with Exhibitor Appointed Contractors and help create a more organized move-in experience.

This is especially important in Orlando, where move-in timing will require strong communication, accurate planning, and smart freight flow.

More details will be shared soon, but the goal is to support:

  • Better advance planning
  • Improved freight visibility
  • More efficient onsite coordination
  • A smoother move-in experience for exhibitors and EAC partners

6. Opening Night at Universal Epic Universe

NADA Show 2027 will kick off in a big way with a private Opening Night event at Universal Epic Universe.

And yes — exhibitors may purchase tickets for booth staff.

The ticket price is: $279 per person.

This is a major networking opportunity and a one-of-a-kind way to welcome the industry to Orlando.

More details will be shared soon, but exhibitors should start planning now if they want booth staff included in this unforgettable event.

More Orlando Planning Updates Coming Soon

We’ll continue sharing key planning details - including the Orlando floor plan - leading up to the booth application launch on May 18.

Until then, start reviewing your booth goals, internal approval timelines, and team planning needs.

Orlando is coming — and we’re building a smarter, more connected NADA Show experience designed for how business gets done today.
