FINAL BOOTH SPACE PAYMENTS DUE SOON

The final booth space payment for the 2024 Show is due on November 15, 2023. Invoices will be emailed next week to those companies that have a balance, however, feel free to log into the Exhibitor Dashboard to access your invoice and make a payment.

TARGET MOVE-IN

NADA is a targeted move-in show. Your target move-in date is the date in which you as an exhibitor are permitted into your booth space to begin constructing your exhibit. NOTE: North Hall move-in will begin at 1pm on Monday for companies targeted for that day.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If you are shipping any booth materials to the advance warehouse, Freeman services will have brought those items into your space by your target move-in date. Use the Advance Warehouse shipping labels and please be aware that the final date that Freeman will accept shipments to their advance warehouse is January 22, 2024.

If your shipment won't be ready in order to arrive by January 22nd, you can also ship directly to show site. The Las Vegas Convention Center will accept direct-to-show shipments starting on January 29, 2024. If shipping directly to show site, you MUST use the Show Site shipping labels. Please be aware, if shipping direct-to-show, Freeman cannot guarantee your shipment will be placed in your booth by your move-in date. As a reminder, all booths must be set by Thursday, February 1 at 5pm.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship at NADA Show

• Exclusive sponsorship and right of first refusal for the 2025 NADA Show in New Orleans.
• The sponsor’s logo and booth number are included on the Wi-Fi splash page; wi-fi users are required to sign in every two hours.
• Opportunity for sponsor to “customize” the wi-fi access password, per NADA approval.
• All Wi-Fi promotional signage (i.e., tent cards, meter boards, NADA Show directory, etc.) will include the sponsor logo.

SCAM ALERTS

HOTEL SCAMMERS: NADA has contracted with Maritz to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2024. Maritz is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2024 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA. Beware of scammers!

SHOW LIST SCAMMERS: NADA Exhibitors are also frequently targeted by companies unaffiliated with NADA, offering attendee lists from the "NADA Show 2024" and/or variations on the NADA name or logo. Please be aware that these companies have nothing to do with NADA or the NADA Show. The attendee mailing lists for the show are only available directly from NADA and all confirmed exhibitors have access to those lists. Beware of scammers!

OTHER SCAMMERS: Be aware of email or other communications from vendors and contractors offering assistance in the host city. These communications may wrongly suggest that the company is endorsed by or connected with NADA. Please use caution when dealing with solicitations from companies that are not on the list of Official NADA Contractors.

We recommend that companies do not respond to email or phone communications from non-MARITZ or NADA reps regarding hotel bookings or show lists.
