SCAM ALERTS

HOTEL SCAMMERS: NADA has contracted with Maritz to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2024. Maritz is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2024 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA. Beware of scammers!

SHOW LIST SCAMMERS: NADA Exhibitors are also frequently targeted by companies unaffiliated with NADA, offering attendee lists from the "NADA Show 2024" and/or variations on the NADA name or logo. Please be aware that these companies have nothing to do with NADA or the NADA Show. The attendee mailing lists for the show are only available directly from NADA and all confirmed exhibitors have access to those lists. Beware of scammers!

OTHER SCAMMERS: Be aware of email or other communications from vendors and contractors offering assistance in the host city. These communications may wrongly suggest that the company is endorsed by or connected with NADA. Please use caution when dealing with solicitations from companies that are not on the list of Official NADA Contractors.

We recommend that companies do not respond to email or phone communications from non-MARITZ or NADA reps regarding hotel bookings or show lists.
