NADA's 2024 Online Booth Application Program Launches Monday 6/5/23
The wait is almost over, and you’ll be able to submit your booth space application for NADA Show 2024 starting on Monday. Here’s the floor plan layout for your review. In addition to your live booth, you’ll also be able to select your company’s online Booth Enhancement package.
Why it matters: Your NADA booth gets your company’s brand face-to-face in front of over 10,000 dealerships and offers important B2B connections at the event. Your online booth listing helps you better connect with attendees before and during the event and is an opportunity to expand your brand’s outreach outside the exhibit hall. This is the premier marketplace of auto products and solutions. It’s where business gets done!
- Booth rate is $36 per square foot. Click here for the W-9 form if you need it.
- Booth Enhancement Options include Gold, Platinum, and Diamond upgrades and you’ll save 20% if you order your upgrade when you submit your booth application.
The price points are:
- Basic - Free
- Gold - $760 – includes 20% discount
- Platinum - $1,600 – includes 20% discount
- Diamond - $3,200 - includes 20% discount
- Note that floor plan logos are not available this year.
Here's What To Expect On Monday
Your company's Primary Contact will receive an email from service@mapyourshow.com at 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday afternoon with the following planning details:
- Your email will include a direct link to the online booth application to get your started. No password is needed to access the site.
- Our new online system is designed to offer you a user-friendly application process with some new updated features.
- One important note: when viewing the online floor plan to select your preferred booth locations, you will need to type in your booth numbers on the application.
- Applications with deposits received by June 21 will be included in the first round of assignments based on priority points. Applications received after June 21 will be in the second round of assignments based on date of receipt.
- Booth Assignments will begin on June 22.
- The Sponsorship package will be ready soon for your review, and once assigned a booth, you can move on to secure your preferred sponsorship opportunity at the show.
- Daily Expo Schedule is:
- Friday, February 2 10am – 6pm
- Saturday, February 3 8:30am – 5pm
- Sunday, February 4 8:30am – 2:30pm
Two Big Changes: Priority Points and Happy Hour
Our exhibit partners are looking for new experiences, opportunities, and excitement at the show, and we’ve got some new changes coming your way in Las Vegas.
Why it matters: Exhibitors now have expanded options to increase their priority points for exhibit and sponsor participation which can ultimately result in higher placement for future booth assignments and reflect a higher ROI. Friday afternoon’s “Cocktails and Connections” happy hour, hosted by NADA from 4-6pm, will be a great way to end the first day’s Expo activities and extend the business connections on the show floor.
Here’s the new Priority Point program for 2024.
Exhibit Booth:
- 10 points for booth
- 10 points per $10,000 booth spend
- 10 points for a booth size upgrade from previous year
Sponsorships at Convention Center:
- 15 points for more than $100K sponsorship spend
- 10 points for $51K - $100K sponsorship spend
- 5 points for up to $50K sponsorship spend
Opening Night Reception Sponsorship:
- 10 points for up to $50K opening night reception sponsorship spend
- 20 points for $51K to $100K opening night reception sponsorship spend
- 30 points for more than $100K opening night reception sponsorship spend
Other:
- 15 points for hotel block
- 15 points for a Booth Enhancement upgrade – Gold, Platinum, or Diamond
