HOTEL SCAM ALERT!
They are starting early.....that's right, hotel scammers! Be advised that MARITZ is the official housing and registration company for the 2024 NADA Show – exclusively providing special discount rates at official NADA hotels in Las Vegas. If you are contacted by other entities that claim to be affiliated with NADA as our official housing agent, just hang up the phone or delete the email. The same goes for the bad actors that claim to have the “official” NADA show list of attendees with emails and phone numbers while flooding your email in-box with offers that seem to be legitimate. Beware of scammers!
NEW BOOTH ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM FOR 2024
NADA’s new expo management platform comes with new opportunities to expand your brand’s outreach for the event. We are excited to be able to offer new Booth Enhancement options for your online booth presence at NADA Show 2024. All booths come with the Basic listing at no cost, but you will be able to upgrade to Gold, Platinum, or Diamond level participation options to give your company more options with which to connect with your customers and target prospects.
These Booth Enhancement upgraded packages will be available for purchase during the booth space application process, and if you order at that time, you will receive a 20% discount on your preferred level of choice. You will also be able to purchase a Booth Enhancement from the online Exhibitor Dashboard later in the planning process, but the discount will no longer be available at that time.
NEW PRIORITY POINT PROGRAM
Our priority point system has been totally revised and improved to increase the number of points each exhibitor can earn every year as well as potentially help increase companies’ overall ROI rating for the show. Below is a recap of of how the new system is set up.
- 10 points for booth
- 10 points per $10,000 booth cost
- 20 points for $50K+ sponsorship cost
- 10 points for $20-$40K sponsorship cost
- 5 points per less than $20K sponsorship cost
- 30 points for participating in the opening night reception program
- 15 points for hotel block
- 15 points for an eBooth upgrade
- 10 points for a booth size upgrade from previous year
MARK YOUR CALENDAR TO APPLY FOR 2024 BOOTH SPACE
- JUNE 5TH IS THE TARGET LAUNCH DATE OF THE ONLINE BOOTH SPACE APPLICATION PROGRAM.
- All applications received by June 21 will be included in the first round of booth assignments based on priority points. Applications received after June 21 will be included in the second round of booth assignments based on date of receipt.
- For budgeting purposes, the 2024 booth rate is $36 per square foot. A 50% deposit payment will be required when your application is submitted.

- We have transitioned to a new expo management software that is designed to enhance and elevate your exhibit experience with your booth and sponsorships. We think you’ll like it!
NEW HAPPY HOUR EVENT ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON - "Cocktails and Connections" hosted by NADA
Friday's Expo hours have been adjusted to include a new happy hour event on the show floor from 4pm-6pm in both the North & West halls. What a fun way to celebrate the first day's Expo activities and continue the connections happening between exhibitors and attendees on this busy day.
