The 2024 NADA Show is heading to Las Vegas, and you won't want to miss it. Show dates are February 1-4, and here's a short list of some of the highlights we want to share with you now.
NEW SHOW SCHEDULE CHANGES
- NADA’s Main Stage daily programming will begin at 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to motivate, energize and inspire attendees and set the tone for each day's diverse activities and experiences. Located in North Hall, each morning the attendees will exit the Main Stage area directly into the North exhibit hall.
- Friday’s Expo start time has shifted to 10am and will extend until 6pm that day because.......
- There will be a new Happy Hour event on Friday in West and North exhibit halls that will run from 4pm-6pm. This helps extend the business connections and networking between attendees and exhibitors and creates a fun ending to the first day's exhibit activities! Note that affiliate receptions that night will not be able to begin before 6pm to avoid overlapping with the opening reception.
- Saturday and Sunday Expo start times are still at 8:30am.
- Saturday’s Main Stage will highlight the TIME Dealer of the Year ceremony.
- The Education sessions and Franchise meeting schedules have been adjusted to create more exclusive time for attendees in the Expo Hall.
- The Women Driving Auto Retail Program has been expanded on Thursday between 9am and 2:30pm.
- The location will be totally new and amazing (although top secret right now) but be sure to plan to be part of the Thursday night Opening Reception from 7pm to 10pm. More info on this fun event will be coming your way!
NEW PRIORITY POINT PROGRAM LAUNCH
Ongoing priority point allotments have been totally revamped to offer a higher ROI for the investment and partnership of our exhibitors. Here’s what you can expect to earn from your exhibit participation starting with the 2024 event.
- 10 points for booth
- 10 points per $10,000 booth cost
- 20 points for $50K+ sponsorship cost
- 10 points for $20-$40K sponsorship cost
- 5 points per less than $20K sponsorship cost
- 30 points for participating in the opening night reception program
- 15 points for hotel block
- 15 points for an eBooth upgrade
- 10 points for a booth size upgrade from previous year
MARK YOUR CALENDAR TO APPLY FOR 2024 BOOTH SPACE!
- JUNE 5TH IS THE TARGET LAUNCH DATE OF THE ONLINE BOOTH SPACE APPLICATION PROGRAM.
- All applications received by June 21 will be included in the first round of booth assignments based on priority points. Applications received after June 21 will be included in the second round of booth assignments based on date of receipt.
- For budgeting purposes, the 2024 booth rate is $36 per square foot. A 50% deposit payment will be required when your application is submitted.
- We have transitioned to a new expo management software that is designed to enhance and elevate your exhibit experience with your booth and sponsorships. We think you’ll like it!
