This is a session designed for third party vendors and finance sources, as well as general managers, F&I managers, in house counsel, compliance personnel, business and marketing personnel and any others in your organization who need to understand this quickly changing regulatory landscape. Ceremonial Dr at Lower A/B is the designated zone for Exhibitor chartered vehicles. This can be accessed from both the northbound and southbound lanes of Griffin St. Traffic control personnel will be on site to monitor the intersection and keep traffic moving. Click here to view the map.
To ensure that adequate curb space is available near the doors, we request that vehicles wait in the staging area when not actively loading or unloading passengers. Due to spatial constraints, this area will also be used for rideshares, and exhibitors will not be allowed to bring chartered vehicles into any of the shuttle bus zones. Please also ensure that there is always a driving lane for vehicles entering or exiting Ceremonial Drive. Please report any rideshare issues to NADA show management.
