Final Booth Space Payments Due Soon

The final booth space payment for the 2023 Show is due on November 18, 2022.  For those companies that selected to have the final booth payment automatically charged to the credit card used for the deposit, that card will be charged on or about November 18.  If you declined this option, or paid the deposit via check or ACH, an invoice was sent to you on October 19 showing your final payment due.

Exhibitor Insurance

Did you know that NADA requires all exhibitors to carry liability insurance during show days, as well as move-in and move-out? We've partnered with RainProtection Insurance to provide you with total and complete coverage starting as low as $84.

Scam Alerts

NADA has contracted with Maritz (formerly Experient) to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2023. Maritz is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2023 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA. Beware of scammers!

NADA Exhibitors are also frequently targeted by companies unaffiliated with NADA, offering attendee lists from the "NADA Show 2023" and/or variations on the NADA name or logo. Please be aware that these companies have nothing to do with NADA or the NADA Show. The attendee mailing lists for the show are only available directly from NADA and all confirmed exhibitors have access to those lists. Beware of scammers!

Be aware of email or other communications from vendors and contractors offering assistance in the host city. These communications may wrongly suggest that the company is endorsed by or connected with NADA. Please use caution when dealing with solicitations from companies that are not on the list of Official NADA Contractors.
