The NADA Online Booth Space Application Process is Opening on June 22nd

Mark your calendar for June 22, 2020 - that's the date the NADA Show 2020 website – www.nadashow.org - will go live with the online booth space application.  All applications received by July 10 will be included in the first round of booth assignments.  Actual booth assignments will begin on or about July 13, 2020.

Only the primary contact for your company will receive an email on June 22 after 12:00 Noon EDT with a link to the online booth space application.

New 3-Tier Payment Plan

The booth application process has been updated to offer a more flexible multi-level payment plan for our exhibit customers.  Note that NADA is also offering an 'auto pay' function for the second and final booth payment installments via credit card.  This option will be available for selection during the booth application process.

• Deposit payment of 25% due with application for period 6/22/20 to 9/15/20
• Deposit payment of 50% due with application after 9/15/20
• Second payment of 25% for assigned and confirmed companies for period 6/22/20 to 9/15/20 due by 9/15/20
• Final payment of 50% for all assigned and confirmed companies due by 12/4/20 

Applications will not be processed and booth assignments cannot be made until the appropriate deposit is provided. If you need a W-9 to process your booth space deposit, or plan to pay your deposit via ACH, please contact us at expo@nada.org

New Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation on or before 9/15/20 - 15% cancel fee based on full booth price
• Cancellation after 9/15/20, but on or before 12/04/20 - 25% cancel fee based on full booth price
• Cancellation after 12/4/20 - 50% cancel fee based on full booth price

Booth Assignment Process

Booth assignments are processed using established criteria for applications received by July 10, 2020.  Applications received after July 10, 2020 will be subject to availability and processed by date of receipt only.
