The Online NADA Booth Application Program Will Launch June 22, 2020

Calling all current NADA exhibit partners, past participants and those curious companies that have not yet joined in on the action!  Auto industry product and service providers are invited to participate in the ultimate platform to help companies connect with industry leaders, showcase brands, promote new products, and ultimately add to their bottom line.  Dealerships are looking to you for the key technologies and solutions they need to rebound and continue the upward momentum in 2021 and beyond.

Booth Rate Discount for 2021

The NADA booth rate has been reduced to 2018 levels to help offer some financial relief during these challenging times.  That translates to a $100 savings for every 100 s.f. of booth space purchased.  For budgetary purposes, the booth space rate for 2021 will be $34 per square foot.

New 3-Tier Payment Plan Offered

The booth application process has been updated to offer a more flexible multi-level payment plan for our exhibit customers.  Note that NADA is also offering an 'auto pay' function for the second and final booth payment installments via credit card.  This option will be available for selection during the booth application process.

• Deposit payment of 25% due with application until 9/15/20
• Second payment of 25% due for assigned and confirmed companies due by 9/15/20
• Deposit payment of 50% due with application after 9/15/20
• Final payment of 50% due by 12/4/20 

New Cancellation Schedule

• Cancellation on or before 9/15/20 with 15% cancel fee based on full booth price
• Cancellation after 9/15/20, but on or before 12/4/20 with a 25% cancel fee based on full booth price
• Cancellation after 12/4/20 with a 50% cancel fee based on full booth price

NADA is working with our strategic planning partners at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to provide a clean and sanitized environment at our event - adhering to CDC guidelines and in collaboration with the following entities:

City of New Orleans Health Department
New Orleans Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness
New Orleans Emergency Medical Services
New Orleans & Company (formerly New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau)

NADA will provide a more detailed action plan in the coming weeks to address social distancing concerns of our members, attendees, exhibitors, and show partners.  Ongoing updates will be made available as our 2021 NADA Show planning continues.  Meanwhile, we plan to monitor and adhere to the CDC guidelines while working closely with state and local health professionals.  We will also be reviewing best practices of trade shows that will be taking place before our January 2021 event.  Stay tuned for more information.
