The Pre-Show Attendee Lists of all pre-registered Dealers, Managers, and Industry Affiliates are available for your use in pre-show marketing. This is the final of three pre-show attendee lists. We will also provide you with a complete post-show attendee list.

Please note that these lists contain mailing address information only. We are not authorized to release email, phone or fax information.  

The ATD Show 2020 Pre-Show Registrant Lists are confidential and the proprietary information of ATD.  These lists may not be duplicated, sold, or distributed to third parties or used for any purpose other than promotion for 2020 exhibiting companies that participate in the ATD Show 2020.

ATD Emergency Response Plan

The safety and security of our show's attendees and exhibitors is of paramount importance.  NADA, LVCC and the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino have a comprehensive emergency preparedness and response plan for the upcoming NADA & ATD Show 2020 in Las Vegas. Please take a moment to review the 2020 NADA Emergency Plan and forward it to your exhibit personnel who wil be working the event.

Be a Good Neighbor & Enjoy the Show!

The countdown continues, and most of you are in the final stretch of your ATD Expo planning. We have guidelines in place to help ensure that all exhibitors have a positive experience and good ROI for their participation. The following list includes some of the most common issues that Exhibitors need to be aware of in planning their 2020 participation. Here you will find the complete list of Exhibit Rules & Regulations  and Exhibit Design Regulations. 

Within Booth Only - Exhibitors must not distribute promotional material from any location outside of their assigned booth space. This includes restrooms, restaurants, workshop rooms and any other public area within or outside of the convention area.

Convention Area Exterior Property - Exhibitors may not post ads or any other form of advertising/marketing media on any structure, vehicle or device on the exterior grounds of the resort property.

Taste and Decorum - Exhibitors may use professional models within their booth space, however, the models must be tastefully dressed. (as determined by ATD Show Management.) They must also remain in the assigned booth space and cannot walk the expo hall aisles or other areas of the convention area for the purpose of soliciting business or directing/escorting attendees to their booth.

Audio or Visual Display Equipment - Exhibitors using audio systems and/or live entertainment must keep amplification at a conversational level. The use of speakers will be permitted only if they are within the confines of the contracted exhibit space and facing inward and not toward the aisles. Adequate sound insulation must be built around the speakers to assure non-interference with neighboring exhibitors.

No Live Animals - Live animals will not be allowed within any booth space or the expo hall. Service dogs are allowed under ADA guidelines.

No Peanuts or Popcorn - Peanuts or popcorn in any form are not allowed in the expo hall.

No Packing Up Early - Sunday's final hours are from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Exhibitors ARE NOT authorized to begin packing up their booths until the closing announcements have been made. 

DO NOT ever chase, confront, or stalk attendees outside your booth parameters.  This one behavior is the #1 top complaint of attendees, and it's the best way to derail your ROI goals and objectives. 

ATD Housing

IMPORTANT! NADA/ATD has contracted with Experient to be the official housing company for the ATD Show 2020.  Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA/ATD hotels.  Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the ATD Show 2020 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
