Attendees are Planning Their Visit to the NADA Show

The NADA Show attendees are busy planning their visit to Vegas and want to make the most of their time on the expo floor.  They are looking for products and services and marking the exhibitors they want to visit.  Will you be on that list?

Did you know that attendees are three times more likely to click on a completed exhibitor online booth?  We urge you to login to MyPlanner and make the most of your online presence.  Add your company/product description and chose which product categories you want to be listed under.

Login to MyPlanner today and complete your online booth!

Exhibitor Badges - Have you Registered?

Have you logged into the exhibitor badge site and registered your booth personnel for exhibitor badges?  If not, click here to get started.  You will need your password to access the site.  Doing this now will save you time on-site!

Nevada State Tax Form & Procedures

Each exhibitor must complete the attached One Time Sales Tax Return and send back to NADA within 5 days of the close of the show.  Please note the following:

  • If an exhibitor brings tangible items on-site for resale, all sales are subject to tax.

  • If the exhibitor takes orders for products to be shipped separately from another location, the exhibitor just only needs to collect sales tax if the sale is made to a Nevada customer.
Please return the completed form to the address below and if any taxes are owed, include a check payable to Nevada Department of Taxation.

Tips & Tricks for the Expo Floor

Here are some ROI enhancing booth behaviors to make the most of your NADA Expo participation.  We want you to succeed!  Your booth staff are the brand ambassadors for your organization.  If you’re looking to create an optimal environment to engage with your customers and prospects, keep the following suggestions in mind.

  • Refrain from eating and drinking in your space in front of attendees.
  • Limit cell phone use when dealing face-to-face with interested customers.
  • Be aware that booth huddles by team members could be seen by interested customers as ignoring their presence, and they might choose to keep walking by your booth.  You’ll only have a few precious seconds to make a good impression.
  • Use good judgement when out and about in the city outside your booth.  As brand ambassadors, your booth team never know who might be watching.
  • DO NOT ever chase, confront, or stalk attendees outside your booth parameters.  This one behavior is the #1 top complaint of NADA attendees, and it’s the best way to derail your ROI goals and objectives.
