NEW Hanging Sign Approval Process

With a condensed move-in timeframe in Las Vegas, our goal is to maximize the efficiency of the onsite rigging process which has been updated for 2020.  Hanging sign requests should be sent directly to freeman for structural approval, then to NADA for final approval.  Hanging sign requests WILL NOT be reviewed without ALL of the following information:

Your hanging sign is not approved until it is signed off by both Freeman and NADA.

Please submit all hanging sign paperwork by December 11, 2019 to nadarigging@freemanco.com

NEW Floor Plan Approval Process for Double-Deck Booths

LVCC recently announced that Clark County implemented a new planning code for double-deck booths and other categories listed below.  If your company’s booth design fits one of these criteria, you’ll need to follow newly established approval procedures as directed by Clark County.  Our office has already reached out to those exhibitors that usually require double-deck approval for our event, but understand that there could be other companies that are either planning a new booth design, or are first-time companies that have never been involved in the floor plan approval process.

The amended code affects exhibit structures with any of the following conditions:

  • Greater than a single story (double-deck structures) where occupants can be below an elevated floor
  • Having a total occupancy load that exceeds 1,000 persons
  • Covering an area that exceeds 7,500 square feet
  • Temporary structures that are connected to and receive structural support from an existing building or structure

If you have questions about your booth and would like consultation on whether your plans are affected by this code, you may submit your plan to the LVCC Fire Prevention department at boothplans@lvcva.com

We apologize for the inconvenience and added cost caused by this procedural change, and we thank you for your compliance.
