NADA Move-in Madness - Coming to the 2020 Las Vegas Show 

Whatever you do, Do Not Panic! The NADA Show 2020 Expo move-in is potentially going to offer more excitement than you’ve experienced in quite a while. So, buckle up and enjoy the ride. And now you’re probably saying to yourself, “what the heck are they talking about?” Keep reading, my friend. 

The 2020 exhibitor move-in schedule has been condensed to a four day (FOUR DAY!) Tuesday to Friday pattern (February 11-14). As many of you know, we usually get access to the convention center over the weekend prior to the official move-in schedule so that larger booths can get started with their rigging orders and the official contractor can mark the floor and get things organized on Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately, that will not be the case in 2020. Newsflash, people! We don’t get access to the facility on Saturday, Sunday, or even Monday. We are advising customers that you may very well end up working longer hours (in some cases 24-hr. shifts) to set up your booths – especially the larger and more complex booth set-up designs at the event.  

Our official service contractor, Freeman, will be working with our exhibit partners to create a streamlined and workable schedule to keep all parties on track as we race the clock in our allotted 4-day move-in window. Excessive caffeine consumption will be standard operating procedure for the duration of the set-up marathon. Chocolate will also play a key part in the survival strategy. NADA 2020 Expo Target Move-In Floor Plan Available Now 

You want it? You got it! The official Target Move-In Floor Plan for North and Central halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center is ready for your viewing pleasure. So… what are you waiting for? Click here, take a deep breath, locate your booth and cross-reference with the color-coded move-in date. Got it? Good! Now jump up and do the happy dance to celebrate. On a slightly more serious note, be aware that with our extremely condensed move-in schedule of FOUR DAYS, it is less likely that we will be able to accommodate change requests. 

That’s it for now. Well, we could talk about the Service Kit that will go live next week. On second thought, let’s save that for a later update so stay tuned. Meanwhile, for those of you who are experiencing a stress induced panic attack, please take deep breaths and stare at the happy puppy for as long as it takes for the episode to subside.  Cheers!

Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2020 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
