Exhibitor Red Carpet Lounge

Don't forget to stop by the Exhibitor Red Carpet Lounge to grab a cup of coffee in the morning, or take a break in the afternoon.  Open Friday, January 25 through Sunday, January 27, this lounge is provided exclusively for our exhibitor partners.  You'll find it in Moscone Expo North.

Exhibitor Badges - Have you Registered Yet?

Save time on-site with the badge pick-up process by logging into the Exhibitor Registration site now and listing your booth personnel that will be working your booth in San Francisco.  Once they are registered in the system, they can simply go to a scan-and-go counter and quickly scan their confirmation to receive their credentials for access to the floor. 

Saturday Road Closures

NADA was recently made aware there is a planned Pro-Life March scheduled for Saturday, January 26 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.  The route will be on Market Street stretching from the Court House to The Embarcadero during this time frame.  This event could cause some disruption in limiting access to the Moscone Center from points beyond Market Street, so please plan accordingly.

Tip and Tricks for the Expo Floor 

Here are some ROI enhancing booth behaviors to make the most of your NADA Expo participation.  We want you to succeed!  Your booth staff are the brand ambassadors for your organization.  If you're looking to create an optimal environment to engage with your customers and prospects, keep the following suggestions in mind.

• Be able to scan badges and do it quickly.  Imagine being an interested customer, and the staff has to find a scanner and then find the booth manager to operate the device.  If you don't know how to operate a scanner, why would the customer trust you with a $100,000 contract?
• Qualify leads quickly, make introductions, and end conversations quickly.  When you spend more than a few minutes with a lead, you are letting other potential leads walk by the booth without engagement.
• When you are in the booth, you are on stage.  High five each other, fist bump each other, enthusiastically cheer for your fellow booth staff, and let the attendees see that you really like each other and really enjoy working at your company.  Enthusiasm is contagious.
• Plan on experiencing the entire event.  The Expo is three full days and buyers will still be on the expo floor on the final day to firm up deals.  The final day is also the best time to focus on B2B connections with other exhibitors.
• DO NOT ever chase, confront, or stalk attendees outside your booth parameters.  This one behavior is the #1 top complaint of NADA attendees, and it's the best way to derail your ROI goals and objectives. 

Warning - Exhibitor Scams 

NADA Exhibitors are frequently targeted by companies unaffiliated with NADA, offering attendee lists from the "NADA Show 2019" and/or variations on the NADA name or logo.  Please be aware that these companies have nothing to do with NADA or the NADA Show.  The attendee mailing lists for the show are only available directly from NADA and all confirmed exhibitors have access to those lists.

Please use caution when dealing with solicitations from companies that are not on the list of Official NADA Contractors.

NADA Show Housing 

IMPORTANT! NADA has contracted with Experient to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2019. Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2019 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
