Final Pre-Show Attendee Lists Now Available 

The Pre-Show Attendee Lists of all pre-registered Dealers, Managers, and Industry Affiliates are now available for your use in pre-show marketing. This is the final of three pre-show attendee lists. We will also provide you with a complete post-show attendee list.   

Click here  for access to these lists. You will need your password to log into MyPlanner. Once there, look below for Pre-Show Attendee Lists. There you will find three lists for ATD: Dealer, Managers, and Allieds.  

Please note that these lists contain mailing address information only. We are not authorized to release email, phone or fax information. 

The ATD Show 2019 Pre-Show Registrant Lists are confidential and the proprietary information of ATD.  These lists may not be duplicated, sold, or distributed to third parties or used for any purpose other than promotion for 2019 exhibiting companies that participate in the ATD Show 2019.

Login to MyPlanner today and complete your online booth which will appear on our website as well as the mobile app, which is being used widely by attendees while on-site! 

Changes to Attendee Badge Colors - How to Spot Your Customers and Prospects 

ATD has updated our badge colors for the 2019 show.  Be advised that Dealer and Manager badges are now Burgundy.  To quickly distinguish your customers and prospects, below is a list of badge categories and corresponding colors.

Exhibitor Badges - Have you Registered?

Have you logged into the exhibitor badge site and registered your booth personnel for exhibitor badges?  If not, click here to get started.  You will need your password to access the site.  Doing this now will save you time on-site! 

ATD Show Housing

IMPORTANT! NADA/ATD has contracted with Experient to be the official housing company for the ATD Show 2019.  Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA/ATD hotels.  Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the ATD Show 2019 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
