Exhibitor Badges - Have you Registered?

Have you logged into the exhibitor badge site and registered your booth personnel for exhibitor badges?  Pre-register booth staff now and you'll breeze through the onsite Scan-N-Go counters at show site.  Additionally, for those exhibitors that wish to get their badges before the show, January 4 is the last day to request badges be mailed to you via UPS or FedEx.  If you haven't done so, click here to get started.  You will need your password to access the site.  Doing this now will save you time on-site!


NADA Women's Leadership Luncheon 

You are invited to join NADA for an afternoon of networking with women executives and professionals in the automotive industry.  Share ideas and learn from the women leaders that are creating opportunities, driving business and changing the future of automotive.

To purchase a ticket to this event, update your NADA Exhibitor registration online by clicking on Add Events next to the registrants name.  Please note that your ticket allotment for this event is based on your booth size. Ticket price is $100 per person.


NADA Show

NADA Sponsorship Opportunity - Video Commercials 

NADA Video creates award-winning auto-industry news and interview segments.  Four unique programs will air - one each day - on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday inside attendees' rooms at participating NADA host hotels, on the all-day NADA- dedicated shuttle buses, in the NADA Social Connection Zone, and on various screens throughout the convention center.  Programs will also be hosted and archived on the NADA YouTube channel for additional viewing throughout the year.

Tips and Tricks for the Expo Floor 

Here are some ROI enhancing booth behaviors to make the most of your NADA Expo participation.  We want you to succeed!  Your booth staff are the brand ambassadors for your organization.  If you're looking to create an optimal environment to engage with your customers and prospects, keep the following suggestions in mind.

  • Plan on experiencing the entire event.  The Expo is three full days and buyers will still be on the expo floor on the final day to firm up deals.  The final day is also the best time to focus on B2B connections with other exhibitors. 

  • DO NOT ever chase, confront, or stalk attendees outside your booth parameters.  This one behavior is the #1 top complaint of NADA attendees, and it's the best way to derail your ROI goals and objectives. 

Warning - Exhibitor Scams 

NADA Exhibitors are frequently targeted by companies unaffiliated with NADA, offering attendee lists from the "NADA Show 2019" and/or variations on the NADA name or logo.  Please be aware that these companies have nothing to do with NADA or the NADA Show.  The attendee mailing lists for the show are only available directly from NADA and all confirmed exhibitors have access to those lists.

Please use caution when dealing with solicitations from companies that are not on the list of Official NADA Contractors.


NADA Show Housing 

IMPORTANT! NADA has contracted with Experient to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2019. Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2019 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
