Pre-Show Attendee Lists Available Now 

The Pre-Show Attendee Lists of all pre-registered Dealers, Managers, International and Industry Affiliates are now available for your use in pre-show marketing. This is the second of three pre-show attendee lists. The third list will be available in early January. We will also provide you with a complete post-show attendee list.  

Click here for access to these lists. You will need your password to log into MyPlanner. Once there, look below for Pre-Show Attendee Lists. There you will find four lists for NADA: Dealer, Managers, Allieds and International. 

Please note that these lists contain mailing address information only. We are not authorized to release email, phone or fax information. 

The NADA Show 2019 Pre-Show Registrant Lists are confidential and the proprietary information of NADA.  These lists may not be duplicated, sold or distributed to third parties or used for any purpose other than promotion for 2019 exhibiting companies that participate in the NADA Show 2019.


NADA Mobile App is Here 

The NADA Show mobile app is a powerful tool onsite to search for companies and products & services.  To take advantage of the technology and maximize your company's visibility, make sure your eBooth's product description is included in your online profile.  Highlight your brand message and attract customers and prospects to your booth! Click here to access MyPlanner to enter/update your online description.  Once you are logged in, click on Edit Booth Info.

Once you are done, join the attendees in downloading the mobile app.  It's the most up-to-date NADA Show info at your fingertips.

Downloading the App is easy. Search the App Store or Google Play for "NADA Show".


NADA Best Booth Award 

We think that our Expo showcases the best and brightest exhibit booth designs and NADA would like to recognize the NADA Exhibitors for their booth design, creativity and branding. All NADA Exhibiting companies in good standing are eligible, and are automatically entered. Representatives from NADA and Freeman will evaluate the entries and select the winning booth. The judging will take place on Friday and winners will be presented their trophy at their booth on Saturday afternoon with a photo op. Winners will also be announced at the Sunday General Session. Click here for the FAQs.

NADA Sponsorship Opportunity 

NADA Video creates award-winning auto-industry news and interview segments.  Four unique programs will air - one each day - on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday inside attendees' rooms at participating NADA host hotels, on the all-day NADA- dedicated shuttle buses, in the NADA Social Connection Zone, and on various screens throughout the convention center.  Programs will also be hosted and archived on the NADA YouTube channel for additional viewing throughout the year.

Tips and Tricks for the Expo Floor 

Here are some ROI enhancing booth behaviors to make the most of your NADA Expo participation.  We want you to succeed!  Your booth staff are the brand ambassadors for your organization.  If you're looking to create an optimal environment to engage with your customers and prospects, keep the following suggestions in mind.

  • Be able to scan badges and do it quickly.  Imagine being an interested customer, and the staff has to find a scanner and then find the booth manager to operate the device.  If you don't know how to operate a scanner, why would the customer trust you with a $100,000 contract?
  • Qualify leads quickly, make introductions, and end conversations quickly.  When you spend more than a few minutes with a lead, you are letting other potential leads walk by the booth without engagement.
  • When you are in the booth, you are on stage.  High five each other, fist bump each other, enthusiastically cheer for your fellow booth staff, and let the attendees see that you really like each other and really enjoy working at your company.  Enthusiasm is contagious.
  • DO NOT ever chase, confront, or stalk attendees outside your booth parameters.  This one behavior is the #1 top complaint of NADA attendees, and it's the best way to derail your ROI goals and objectives. 

NADA Show Housing 

IMPORTANT! NADA has contracted with Experient to be the official housing company for the NADA Show 2019. Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA hotels. Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the NADA Show 2019 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
