Friendly Reminder to Complete Your Online Booth Profile 

This step is not mandatory, but is highly recommended to help maximize your company's ROI for this event. Be sure your online booth information and product description is up-to-date and ready for customers and prospects to search for your company.  MyPlanner technology makes it easy to connect buyers and sellers before, during and after the show.  Use the powerful tool to ramp up your company's ROI for the show! 

You can now start networking with attendees by searching the attendee list and begin scheduling appointments.  See who has been looking at your online profile by looking at your Leads page and save your favorites in your own personalized list.  And don't forget to complete the Attendee Match Criteria.  The system will automatically send you leads based on your answers and what attendees have said they are looking for.

Booth Floor Plans Due Friday, November 16 

All confirmed exhibitors must submit their booth floor plan reporting form and booth rendering, regardless of booth size, to ATD Show Management.  The deadline date is Friday, November 16, 2018.

Exhibitor Insurance 

Did you know that ATD requires all exhibitors to carry liability insurance during show days, as well as move-in and move-out?  ATD has again teamed up with RainProtection Insurance to provide you with total and complete coverage for only $84.

Final Booth Space Payments Due November 16 

Final booth space payments are due on November 16, 2018.  If you have a balance on your booth, be sure to make the payment no later than Friday, November 16 to avoid cancellation.

First Attendee List Will Be Available Next Week!  

ATD offers the list of pre-registered attendees in three separate installments.  The first installment will be available to you on November 8 for your use in pre-show marketing.  These lists will include pre-registered Dealers, Managers and Allied Industry Representatives. Keep an eye out for an email with instructions on how to access the lists when ready. 

Please note that these lists contain mailing address information only.  We are not authorized to release email, phone or fax information. 

ATD Show Housing

IMPORTANT! NADA/ATD has contracted with Experient to be the official housing company for the ATD Show 2019.  Experient is the only company that can provide special exhibitor housing rates negotiated by NADA at official NADA/ATD hotels.  Other housing companies or travel agencies may offer to book your guest rooms through their company during the ATD Show 2019 but they are not affiliated with or otherwise connected to NADA.
