The NADA Online Booth Space Application is Opening Soon!
Mark you calendar for June 25, 2018 - that's the date the NADA Show 2019 website will go live with the online booth space application. All applications received by July 6 will be included in the first round of booth assignments. Actual booth assignments will begin on or about July 9, 2018.
Only the primary contact for your company will receive an email on June 25 after 12:00 Noon ET with a link to the online booth space application and your company password.
2018 Booth Space Rates
For budgeting purposes, use the following number to estimate your booth space costs for the upcoming San Francisco Show.
NADA Booth Space: $35 per square foot
Keep in mind that a 50% deposit is required when the application is submitted. If you need a W-9 to process your booth space deposit, please contact us at expo@nada.org

The expo will take place in the North Hall, South Hall and West Levels 1 & 2 of the Moscone Center.
NOTE: The floor plan is subject to change.
Booth Assignment Process
Booth assignments are processed using the following criteria, only if the application/contract is received by July 6, 2018. Applications received after July 6 will be subject to availability and processed by date of receipt only:
- Total number of priority points accumulated by applicant. (Note: Up to three Priority Points can be earned each year by way of (1) applicant's exhibit booth, (2) booking hotel rooms within the NADA block, and (3) participating as a sponsor)
- Date of receipt of application/contract
- Size of space
- Degree of dealer interest in applicant's product(s) and/or service(s)
- Established business relationship with NADA or NADA Services Corporation
- Percentage of similar services or products in entire show
- Geographic market served by applicant
- Applicant's product and/or service reputation among dealers
- Number and validity of dealer complaints against applicant
- Length of time applicant has been in operation
- Financial and credit standing of applicant where availble
NADA has sole and unlimited discretion over the assignment of booth location and space. Exhibitor understands that the preferences in display areas listed on the application/contract for booth space may not be available and that Exposition Management may assign alternate areas of similar size - see section 6 of the Contract Terms & Conditions
