Mark Your Calendar for NADA Show 2019!

The NADA Show 2019 will take place Thursday, January 24 - Sunday, January 17 in San Francisco, CA.

The Expo dates are:

Friday, January 25 - 8:30am-5pm
Saturday, January 26 - 8:30am-5pm
Sunday, January 27 - 8:30am-4pm

2019 NADA Floor Plan

Get a look at the 2019 floor plan before booth assignments begin.  We will provide you with a sneak peek of the floor plan in the coming weeks.

The San Francisco Expo will be held in the South Hall, North Hall, West Hall Level 1 and West Hall Level 2 of the Moscone Center.

2019 Booth Space Rates

For budgeting purposes, use the following number to estimate your booth cost for the upcoming San Francisco Show.  Please note that this rate is pending final approval and is subject to change prior to the opening of booth space applications.

If you will be needing a W-9 to process your booth space deposit, please contact us at expo@nada.org.

The NADA Online Booth Space Application

The NADA online booth space application is set to launch in mid-June.  Be sure you can receive emails from expo@nada.org to ensure you get the latest updates and information pertaining to the online booth space application process.

Note:  Moscone Center is currently undergoing a major facility renovation that is scheduled to be completed in November 2018.  This facility’s Expo Hall is limited in size, so NADA will not be able to approve requests from companies looking to expand their booth size in San Francisco 2019.
