The NADA Online Booth Space Application is Coming Soon!

Mark your calendar for July 14, 2021 - that's the date the NADA Show 2022 website will go live with the online booth space application.  All applications received by July 28 will be included in the first round of booth assignments that are processed based on priority points.  Applications received after July 28 will be included in the second round of assignments based on date of receipt.  Actual booth assignments will begin on or about August 2, 2021.

Only the primary contact for your company will receive an email on July 14 after 12:00 noon ET with a link to the online booth space application and your company password.

2022 Booth Space Rates

For budgeting purposes, use the booth rate of $35 per square foot to estimate your booth space cost for the upcoming Las Vegas show.

A 50% deposit will be required when the application is submitted.  Applications cannot be processed until the 50% deposit is received.  Final payments will be due on December 10, 2021.  NADA will again offer an 'auto pay' option for the final booth payment using the credit card on file that was used for the deposit.  This time saving option will be available for selection during the booth application process.

If you need a W-9 to process your booth space deposit, or plan to pay your deposit via ACH, please contact us at expo@nada.org.
